Herman C. Baptist is the Managing Director of THE RYLAN GROUP and is responsible for its day to day operations, business development, government contract engagements, and implementation of new accounting and financial reporting standards. Over the past 15 years, he was employed with such firms as Cumming Corporation, AECOM Technology Corporation and KPMG Peat Marwick (now KPMG). He has extensive experience providing consulting, financial, accounting and tax planning services to startups and small businesses.
